Decision-Making Quiz

During Monday's class I was really interested in this decision-making quiz that we took. It was an activity that really got me thinking about some of the questions that were being asked. I was really unsure about some of them because I felt like both answers could have been correct.  After completing the quiz I liked every ones perspective that they took in answering the questions. One question I would like to point out is Problem 2. A lot of us chose our answer because of "stereotypes" we have of Chinese people, myself including. A stereotype can be formed because in the question it said the student was shy and rather small in stature. I know one girl said if we was studying here she may be shy because she in a minority setting, and Chinese people are typically small in stature. When we were talking about this problem it made me think of the article, "Managing Multicultural Teams." I believe that many have issues with working in teams with members of different backgrounds. I also believe that this is because of the "stereotypes" we form towards other cultures, therefore we have a hard time working with them.
